Our clients were New England Residents and wanted the northern “flair” down to exterior shingles imported from the Northeast. As this home was in a flood zone, 3 stages were necessary to complete. We rehabbed (down to the studs) the original home, added the two story front porch and the rear addition which was originally an apartment complex. The new addition is a wall of windows! We love the results and hope you do too!


One of the highlights of this renovation is the beautiful two-story front porch that we added, providing the perfect spot to relax and take in the ocean view. We also added a rear addition, which was originally an apartment complex, into the home. This new addition features a beautiful wall of windows, allowing natural light to flood the space and providing breathtaking views of the surrounding area.
