Check out our photos below to see this project in all its glory.
This 1920's Mediterranean was the victim of a car accident! A car plowed head on into the front porch (the driver was fine). After lengthy negotiations with our client's insurance company, structural engineers and architects, QHR removed the existing structure and rebuilt a replica with a few client upgrades to enhance this period architecture! We carefully removed the front balusters and saved for final installation. The arch radius was exactly as what was built in the 1920's! We hand crafted faux grates on the front of the porch and brought one of our tile artisans to the project to lay period Saltillo tiles on the floor and Talavera tiles on all step risers. The end result was stunning!!
