This was a QHR investment property that needed some "love"! We re-purposed a portion of the garage in order to allow for a beautiful chef's kitchen and indoor laundry room containing espresso cabinets and granite to match the kitchen. The sad, little back porch was transformed into a home office. Doors and windows were removed in many areas to create a seamless flow of space. All hardwoods were refinished in an espresso color to compliment all of the cabinetry. It's just charming!
The team at Quality Home Renovators was excited to take on this investment property and give it the love and attention it needed. They began by re-purposing a portion of the garage to make room for a beautiful chef's kitchen and indoor laundry room. The kitchen was outfitted with espresso cabinets and granite countertops that matched perfectly. They also transformed the sad little back porch into a home office, creating a functional and beautiful space.
The team also removed doors and windows in certain areas to create a seamless flow of space and make the house feel more open and airy. The hardwoods throughout the house were refinished in an espresso color that complemented the cabinetry and gave the house a warm and inviting feel. The end result is a charming and functional home that is sure to be a great investment for Quality Home Renovators and the new homeowners. The team at Quality Home Renovators is proud of the work they did on this property and are happy to have given it the love and attention it deserved.
